Well not too much fog for shooting morning scenes at Richardson Point Park out at Fern Ridge Reservoir – it was gorgeous - but there certainly seemed to be a lot of fog settled in between my ears as I had a terrible morning with my camera. I inadvertently activated some features in the camera that left me wondering what was happening while shooting this morning and as a result I came away with barely any images. I was convinced that a trip to Canon repair was called for. Came home and meticulously went through the camera set up and found the issues. I feel lucky to have gotten the two images below. I missed shooting the very early shots – Dave did get shots during that time – so a visit to his blog I am sure would be worthwhile. All excuses aside, the two images below took advantage of the wonderful dreamy fog and I was sure glad to be out there to get what I could.
Dave and I chatted about another trip to this area with working cameras, fog and perhaps some other chums. Now to keep an eye on the local weather forecast.

Still working on my images in between watching the “Karate Kid.” I LOVE the first photo. What a wonderful shot and such a wonderful treatment. I love the light, dark, the curves. This is wonderful. One of your top 10!!!
